What age is Level 5 for?
Ages 3 to 8. Level 5 is where our two age ranges meet: the top of ages 3 to 5 and the start of ages 6 to 8. Every book also shows its own age range under its title.
Which level should my child start with?
Choose a level where your child can follow the whole book and still wants the next page. Open any book’s free sneak peek to try its first pages. If a book feels long, step down a level; if it’s over too fast, step up. Levels describe length and detail, not a test your child has to pass.
